5.2. Learning tasks

The program which is offered to the student, helps achieve the expected results and it includes the following activities:

Expository lectures in large group (more than 20 students) in which theoretical contents will be explain; practical lectures in small groups in which the application of the theoretical contents to the work of Social Workers will be essential; and face-to-fase tutoring for mentoring the works.

Unit 2. Processes and development of the groups.

Unit 3. Group Structure

Unit 4. Leadership.

Unit 5. Some aspects of the groups.

Unit 6. Introduction to Social Work with Groups: History, concepts and objectives.

Unit 7. Types of groups in Social Work, techniques and methodology of intervention and professional roles.

Unit 8. Socio-educational Groups, social support Groups, and Grousp focused on the task or on the objectives.

Unit 9. Group Dynamics versus therapy.
